While attending EUP he participated in various writing workshops with the likes of Sheldon Currie, Wayson Choy, Chuck Palahniuk, Alistair Macleod, Leo Furey, Katie Daley, and others. He graduated with a degree in English-Writing in 2002.
Payday
Payday is a novel that revolves around a twenty-something who has just graduated college to face the harsh reality that life isn’t going to turn out the way everyone promised it would. His first novel has been either ignored or rejected from just about everyone. He lives in a shoddy apartment in a forgotten part of town. Bill collectors won’t stop calling him. The only job he can find is one pushing carts for the nation’s largest retail chain. Nobody knows his name and nobody cares. The love of his life has left him and he wants to win her back. It’s a tale of love, lies, larceny, and all points in between.
